Hence, with effect from 1st February, 2013, all the 100% EOUs/EHTPs/STPs falling within the jurisdiction of Mysore, Mandya and Chamarajanagar districts may approach their respective Central Excise Range/Division Offices for their day-to-day work. In view of attaching the 100% EOUs/EHTP/STPs to their jurisdictional Central Excise formation, the existing Customs & EOU Range bearing Location Code 840505 is abolished and the existing Service Tax & EOU Division is accordingly renamed as Mysore Service Tax Division.
