.... powers conferred by rule 49A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Rules"), I, R.K. Verma, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, do hereby extend the time limit prescribed in the first proviso to sub-rule (4) of rule 26 of the said Rules, for submission of intimation for change of tax period in the Form DVAT 55 for the year 2005-06, upto 31st January, 2006. ....
