....conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2008): Para 3.23.10 of HBP Vol.1 (RE2008) is replaced as under: "Applications for obtaining Duty Credit Scrip shall be filed within a period of twelve months from the date of export or within six months from the date....
