....under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby allows the import of Mulberry Raw Silk without an import licence by the following agencies:- 1. National Handloom Development Corporation, 2. Handicrafts and Handloom Exports Corporation, 3. State Handloom Development Corporation/other State level sister organisations dealing with Handloom/ silk, 4. Central Silk Board, 5. State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. (STC) and 6.
