In addition to the items covered by the Lists given in Annexures to the Policy circular No.3 (RE2000)/1997-2002 dated 7-4-2000 and Policy Circular No 10 (RE-00)/ 2000-2001 dated 14.06.2000 , it has been decided that in respect of the items given in the Annexure to this Circular ,EPCG licences upto Rs.50 Crores may be issued by the RLA's concerned without referring such applications to Headquarters EPCG Committee.
