After hearing both the parties and on perusal of the record, it appears that the AO has made the addition by observing that the assessee had shown huge expenses on establishment and on passing the money to other organizations and had spent a small sum of Rs. 2 lakhs on charity on the ground that the amounts spent on establishment an amounts passed on two other organizations had no obvious link with charitable purpose and their immediate hidden purpose seeks to benefit the members of the Governing Council of the Sansthan.
