.... for the appellant challenging the order of the Appellate Tribunal contended that there was valid reason for Assessing Officer in not accepting the explanation submitted by the assessee regarding the source of the aforesaid amount in investment of bank drafts. He submits that no railway tickets for journey, hotel bills etc. have been produced which had thrown great doubt regarding the whole story which was set up by the assessee. We have considered the submission of learned counsel for the appellant and has perused the record. Admittedly, the bank drafts were prepared from the branch of a bank at Kohima.
