Bench had directed each of the appellants to pre-deposit 15% of the penalty amount within 8 weeks and report compliance on 11.2.2011 vide order No. S/492-495/10/CSTB/C-II dated 2.12.2010.  There is no evidence of such pre-deposit except an amount of Rs. 2.1 lakhs paid by Mr. Rafiq I.  Memon.  The Assistant Registrar is not sure as to the person for whom the above deposit was made. ....
