Even the State Information Commission has not taken any notice of the complaint. 7. Since it is the pleaded case that statutory authorities are seized of the matter, however, no decision has been conveyed, it would not be appropriate for the writ Court to take on the task of the authorities, and issue directions, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
