Later vide letter dated 2-7-2009, he provided the certified copy of the list; but the same was incomplete (i.e. of 36 candidates only). Despite Commission's oral direction during the hearing on 10-8-2009 and CPIO's letters dated 11-8-2009 & 7-10-2009, Shri Hosley only provided corrected certified copy of list of promoted officers (38 candidates) i.e., in respect of Item 1, and no information was provided relating to Item No. 2.
