The matter was last fixed to 22-8-2008. But that did not reach. Again the matter was on the board on 30-9-2008. That was adjourned at the request of the appellant. The matter was again listed on 10-11-2008. That lied over at the request of the appellant till 11-11-2008. The matter was again called on 11-11-2008.
