....bunal order dated 4-2-2002 (which dismissed the application for restoration of appeal) and stay of order-in-original No. 14/97 dated 28-11-97 and also raised the question of attachment made by the department for recovery of Government dues. When the matter came up before the Hon'ble High Court, the applicant sought to withdraw the same. The said request was allowed by the Hon'ble High Court. We find that the applicant herein has mainly contended that they had deposited almost Rs. 30 to 35 lakhs before the authorities and claims substantial compliance of the order of pre-deposit.
