Revenue is aggrieved over the above decision of the Commissioner (Appeals) on the ground that used photocopiers are restricted in terms of para 2.17 of EXIM Policy 2002-2007 and the same is reiterated by DGFT in unequivocal terms vide their Policy Circular No. 19/2003.
