In our considered view, despite the injunctive orders, such power is vested with the Board under sub-section (3) of section 22. We are unable to accept the submission of learned counsel for the MSCPL that since there is an award in favour of MSCPL, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which is later Act to the said Act, a higher status has to be conferred upon such an award.
