....e a reason to deny permission for re-export more particularly when there was no mis-declaration either in regard to the name of the goods or the quantity involved, the supplier has agreed to take back the goods and payments have not been made to the supplier. To deny permission to re-export goods when specifically prayed by the importers in such circumstances is too narrow a view taken by the lower authority, to say the least.
