Therefore, even according to the reliance placed by the Commissioner, no credence can be given to the fax messages by which the name of the consignee and the description of the goods were changed. In Para 14.3 the adjudicating authority has held that "as far as the complicity of M/s. Thangam Steel Limited is concerned.
