Appointment under Value Added Tax Act: officer appointed to assist Commissioner in VAT administration in Grade II cadre.
Under the statutory powers conferred by the Delhi Value Added Tax Act and the corresponding rule, a Grade II (DASS) officer was appointed as Value Added Tax Inspector to assist the Commissioner in administering the Act, the appointment taking effect from the date of assumption of charge and issued by the Lt.
