This rule mandates the Registrar to physically verify a company's registered office address, based on information from MCA 21, with two independent local witnesses and possibly local police assistance. The Registrar will verify documents, take photographs, and prepare a report. If the office cannot receive communications, the Registrar will notify the company and directors, potentially initiating removal from the company register if no satisfactory response is received within 30 days.
