of <h1>India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs Extends DIR-3 KYC Submission Deadline to 15th September 2018; New Form Introduced.</h1> The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2018, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, amends the 2014 rules under the Companies Act, 2013. Effective from the date of publication, the amendment modifies the deadline for submitting the DIR-3 KYC form from 31st August 2018 to 15th September 2018. Additionally, a new version of the DIR-3 KYC form is introduced, replacing the previous one.
