of <h1>DIR-3 KYC filing deadline and form format updated u/r 12A, with compliance extended to 15 September 2018</h1> Rule 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 is amended to substitute the due date for filing Form DIR-3 KYC from 31 August 2018 to 15 September 2018, extending the compliance timeline and correspondingly deferring the consequences tied to non-filing by the earlier date. The Annexure to the Rules is also amended by substituting the existing Form DIR-3 KYC with a revised Form DIR-3 KYC, thereby changing the prescribed format and particulars for KYC filing with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
