The award was presented at a grand ceremony held at the Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai by Salman Khan’s Movie Lucky Actress Sneha Ullal in presence of known Industrialist Dr. Aneel Kashi Murarka. Commending Dubey’s noble work, actress Sneha Ullal said that individuals like him are essential for a progressive society. She added that both the government and society need people who stand with the poor and work selflessly for the well-being of the public. Advocate Vinay Kumar Dubey (V.K. Dubey), a member of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Government of India is a highly accomplished lawyer and a prominent name in the country’s legal fraternity. Over the years, he has successfully handled several high-profile and complex cases for leading industrialists as well as individuals from all sections of society before Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court. His professional journey reflects excellence, integrity, and commitment to justice. He also serves as the Chairman of the VKDL NPA Advisory Council and is widely acknowledged for his expertise in financial matters and the resolution of Non-Performing Asset (NPA) accounts. Through a balanced and solution-oriented approach, he has resolved numerous challenging cases while safeguarding the interests of banks, industries, and the public at large. Notably, he has consistently extended legal support to the poor, small traders, and economically weaker sections, making quality legal assistance accessible to those in need. His professional presence spans major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and several others across India.

Beyond his legal achievements, Vinay Kumar Dubey is deeply committed to social service. He has long been engaged in initiatives related to cow protection, social awareness, and public welfare. He is associated with and actively supports multiple organizations, including Brahmin Ekta Manch Charity Trust, BIBO Foundation (Brahmin International Business Orientation), Gyanodya Seva Samiti, Kumari Mamta Devi Charitable Trust, Pratapgarh Parivar Sangathan, Delhi Paralympics, Prime Minister’s Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Sangathan, KNS Group and Kisan Kranti Morcha. Through these platforms, he works tirelessly for the upliftment of society, with a focus on education, healthcare, and employment. He firmly believes that mutual support and collective effort are essential for strengthening society and ensuring national progress. His frequent travels between Pratapgarh and Mumbai are closely linked to his ongoing social and nation-building initiatives. His organizations have been actively serving poor and needy people across Lucknow and various districts of Uttar Pradesh for several years, since last several years his organisation has provided employment to thousands of needy women’s in Uttar Pradesh. Recently, on the occasion of his birthday, he pledged to construct Gaushala; for which land has already been acquired and construction work is underway.

Politically, Vinay Kumar Dubey is regarded as a strong grassroots leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has played an active role in organizational activities. Political circles suggest that, should the party leadership offer an opportunity in the future, he may step into electoral politics from Pratapgarh. A recent courtesy visit to the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on his birthday has further fueled discussions about his growing political stature.

Dubey family has a long-standing legacy of social service. Vinay Kumar Dubey’s father late Om Prakash Dubey was also a well known social worker and political figure in Mumbai who dedicated his entire life to serving the poor and needy people. V.K. Dubey acknowledges his father as his greatest inspiration and affirms that his family will continue to serve society, carrying forward his father’s vision and ideals.

* Anand Pandey a prominent trader from Kunda (Pratapgarh) recently in the spotlight for organizing a Ram Katha in Kunda was also honoured at the event.

* Arun Mishra a noted industrialist and social worker, joined Anand Pandey and Vinay Kumar Dubey on stage.

Their joint presence not only enhanced the dignity of the ceremony but also brought special recognition to Pratapgarh, making the event historic and inspiring. The trio further elevated the program by honouring several other distinguished guests and sharing powerful messages on social service, industry, law, and nation-building.

When a video showcasing Vinay Kumar Dubey’s professional and social journey was screened, followed by his address, the auditorium resonated with thunderous applause. Attendees praised the impactful work of VKDL NPA Advisory particularly its efforts in NPA resolution and legal aid for the underprivileged.

The grand ceremony witnessed the presence of over 10 Bollywood celebrities, more than 50 industrialists, senior doctors, social workers, and intellectuals from across the country. The event was organized under the aegis of MHCF and CineStar Live.

Senior journalist Santosh Mishra remarked on the occasion, The land of Pratapgarh continues to produce personalities who bring pride and recognition to the district at the national level.
