Establishment of a centralized Government e Marketplace provides a paperless, cashless, system driven procurement platform that standardizes specifications, enables direct purchase and competitive bidding/reverse auction, integrates electronic payment and market feeds for price discovery, and enforces automated vendor verification and compliance measures to enhance transparency and efficiency in public procurement.

Digital payment incentives: transactions through specified channels qualify for daily, weekly and final lucky-draw rewards nationwide.
The Government launched two incentive schemes-Lucky Grahak Yojana and Digi-Dhan Vyapar Yojana-that enter consumers' and merchants' transactions within the stated scheme period into daily, weekly and final mega lucky-draws. Participation requires use of specified digital payment channels and draws are conducted publicly at Digi-Dhan Melas nationwide; the programmes combine prize distribution, NPCI analytics, outreach and training and a central budget for prizes and publicity.

Cabinet granted in-principle approval for listing several government-owned general insurance companies and partial divestment of government shareholding through one or more tranches, subject to compliance with SEBI and IRDAI rules. Listing is intended to increase disclosure, transparency and oversight, strengthen corporate governance and risk management, and enable access to capital markets for business expansion rather than dependence on government capital infusions.
