Adjusted Total Turnover defines taxable turnover by including territorial turnover and service supplies while excluding exempt and refunded supplies.

Adjusted Total Turnover comprises the sum of (a) turnover in a State or Union territory excluding services, and (b) turnover of zero rated and non zero rated service supplies, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero rated supplies and turnover of supplies for which refund is claimed under the relevant refund sub rules during the relevant period, as substituted by Notification No. 20/2024 - Central Tax.
