Revocation and forfeiture of security require notice, written representation and hearing, with suspension possible pending inquiry.

Revocation of an Authorised Courier's registration and forfeiture of security may follow noncompliance with bond conditions, regulations, or misconduct; such measures require issuance of notice and provision of an opportunity to present a written case and to be heard. The Commissioner may suspend registration pending a prima facie inquiry. An aggrieved Authorised Courier may represent to the Chief Commissioner within sixty days of communication of the order.
