Transfer of Residence duty free allowances: additional clearance for bonafide baggage subject to Appendix conditions and relaxations.

Transfer of Residence provisions allow a person returning from abroad or transferring residence to import articles in bonafide baggage free of duty, additional to Rule 3 or Rule 4 entitlements, subject to the items, conditions and relaxations set out in the Appendix to the Baggage Rules, 2016 and its notifications and corrigenda.
