For Chapter VIB under regulation 49L(2) SEBI defines infrastructure to include sectors specified by Board guidelines or Ministry notifications. The term is given a purposive construction to include the underlying framework and supporting services necessary for post harvest agricultural storage-such as roads and toilets-and to cover construction activities integral to post harvest infrastructure while excluding non essential market shed construction.
