Entities incorporated or formed outside India must submit a copy of the certificate of registration issued in the country of location, attested by an apostille, an Indian diplomatic mission, or authorised officials of overseas branches of Scheduled Banks registered in India; alternatively, a copy of an Indian registration certificate or approval to set up an office in India is acceptable.
