Shared office and manpower arrangements permit eligible aircraft or ship leasing units to satisfy establishment requirements without separate premises.

Rule 21B permits eligible aircraft or ship leasing units, and persons intending to establish such units, to share office space, manpower, or both when allowed not to maintain a separate office and when the arrangement is approved. Sharing with a Trust and Company Service Provider is limited to providers supplying or intending to supply services to the person concerned. Separate provisional offers of space and lease deeds are not required, as the shared unit's corresponding documents suffice for rule 18 purposes.
