An association has taken a wrong registration under the category ' Business Auxilliary Services' in the year 2006 but actually it falls under the category ' Club or Association' . Now how to rectify the same and what should be the process.

If that activity correctly fall only under the category of 'club or association', you have to seek a new registration by filing fresh Form ST-1 under the category explaining the reasons in the covering letter and after obtaining the registration, the existing registration under Business auxiliary service may be applied for cancellation, if it is not further reqired.
