Distributing the credit of input service provider - Input Service Distributors - Invoice

Guest
Query : We have under GTA, and we have got registration of the ISD (Input Service Distributors). When we are distributing the credit of input service provider, any specific INVOICE IN Service tax?
Invoice requirements for Input Service Distributors: standard service tax invoice rules govern, no separate invoice mandated. Invoice contents and form for distributing input service credit by an Input Service Distributor are governed solely by the standard service tax invoice provisions; no separate or additional invoice format is prescribed for distribution of input service credit, and a registered ISD must follow those prevailing invoice requirements when issuing documents to distribute credit. In service tax there is only one rule which prescribe the contents and nature of invoice. For this purpose you pleaes refer to rule 4A and 4B of the Service Tax Rule, 1994. There is no other specific requirement.
