Exemption on GTA notification no.13/2008.Please provide the complete detail of exemption i.e who is the beneficiary of this notificatio.

Every one is beneficiary. Now, while claiming exemption of 75%, you need not to discharge the burden that transporter has not availed the credit. From now, you can avail the exemption without getting declaration from transporter.
