CBEC has added few more services for refund to exporters. Are these refunds are avilable to Export oriented units

Refund to exporters extended to Export Oriented Units where notification conditions are complied with, provided other requirements met. Refunds newly listed by CBEC for exporters are available to Export Oriented Units provided the EOUs satisfy the eligibility and procedural conditions prescribed in the controlling notification; compliance with those notification conditions determines entitlement and the refund claim process under service tax rules.
