Dear All,

In current practice we are receiving order from foreign buyers, on behalf of these buyers we are supplying goods to some foreign vessels when coming at Indian Ports, and we are receiving the remittances from foreign buyer.

In above case are we entitle to get  the export benefits , what procedure we need to follow, and under which section.
