we are manufacturer of wooden furnitures and registered with excise, we want to cleared the semi finished goods with excise invoice,payment of duty & get finishing at depot such as polishing, fitting fabrics & sale as a finished form & sealling price will be different. What is the procedure? Pl. let us know the registration procedure. Can we register the depot with concern excise office for both? (mfg. premises location & depot. location) Can we pay difference amount duty of depot sealing from manufacturing premises?

As per the excise procedure, you can discharge excise liability at once from the manufacturing premises location itself.
