Submission of Annexure-19 monthly: failure to file may attract penalties and suspension of export under LUT.
Exporters using a Letter of Undertaking must submit a monthly statement in the form specified as Annexure-19 with original ARE-1 and supporting shipping documents; the Range Officer or bond-accepting authority must acknowledge receipt. Failure to file the Annexure-19 statement and documents is a violation of the prescribed procedure and may result in penalties and suspension of export privileges under the UT-1/Letter of Undertaking mechanism. (AI Summary)

Dear Experts,

Is it compulsory to submit every month Annexure-19 for Export without payment of duty against letter of undertaking. If it is not submitted by in time then what will be the consequences.

Thanks
