I want to know about EPCG obligation process.

EPCG export obligation requires exporters to record the licence in shipping bills and count FOB exports until discharge. EPCG obligation requires that once capital goods are installed the EPCG licence number be quoted in export shipping bills and the FOB value of exports be counted until the export obligation based on duty saved is fulfilled; this counting is in addition to maintaining average export performance. you have to fulfill the export obligation i.e. 8 times of duty saved amount, for this once capital goods installed then start to mentioned the EPCH Licence No in your export shipping bill and count the FOB value till the export obligation is not fulfill, this is over and above average export  maintained.
