WE CAN SAY THE AVERAGE EXPORT  IS ARITHMATIC MEAN OF  ADDITONAL EXPORT OBLIGATION UNDER EPCG LICENCES WHICH WERE REDEEMED IN PRECEEDING 3 LICENCING YEAR.
