Dear Sir,

 

Our company is a Limited company engaged in  Import and Export of Automobile components also.  In this connection Service Tax on Ocean Freight  is not being charged by our Freight Forwarder.

We seek an opinion that Service Tax on Ocean Freight is payable  or not.
