MISPLACED ARE-1 AND SHIPPING BILL

Reconstruction of shipping bill enables excise duty claims when export evidence like BRC supports the transaction.
Where originals of ARE 1 and the shipping bill are lost, submit endorsed copies, an FIR and the BRC to substantiate export for an excise duty claim, and request the customs administration to reconstruct the shipping bill; reconstructed shipping documentation together with BRC and FIR serves to support the claim and addresses excise objections to export proof. (AI Summary)

DEAR EXPERTS,

MY ORIGINAL ARE-1 AND SHIPPING BILL HAS BEEN MISPLACED. NOW I HAVE SUBMITTED ENDORSED  COPY OF ARE-1 ,SHIPPING BILL, FIR  OF ARE-1 AND BRC FOR EXCISE DUTY CLAIM UNDER RULE 18. NOW EXCISE DEPARTMENT OBJECTION THESE ISSUE. PL SUGGEST AND TELL ANY DECESION IN THIS REGARD.

THANKS

You may request to Commissioner of Customs to reconstruct the Shipping Bill and submit it to the Central Excise Officers. They can't deny the facts that the goods were exported and what they are objecting when you had submitted the BRC to them.
