Separate accounts - separate entries - Education cess - SHEC

Separate levy requirement: SHE cess must be charged, recorded and remitted separately rather than combined with education cess.
The SHE cess is a separate levy and therefore must be accounted for, billed, charged and paid separately rather than combined with the education cess into a single aggregated charge. (AI Summary)

Whether separate accounts in books as well as separate entries in the bills are required in respect of Edu cess of 2% and SHE cess of 1% ?? Or can we charge straight 3% in the bill ??
