hello

sir we have taken EPCG LICENSE for purchase of capital goods , due to some reason deal was cancelled

any the license is not used can any body tell me procedure to surrender  this license to DGFT

& what are the other formalties

You must obtained declaration / Certificate from supplier that they had not made nay supply under the EPCG Licence No. ..... Dt.... and apply to your regional RA for surrender the EPCG Licence giving the breif facts for non utilisation of the licence.
