All other company around us have paid bombay welfare labour fund.

So we want to pay this.

But Bombay welfare labour officer said RC is require for Bombay welfare labour fund registration.

But RC labour officer said our company no need to register or renew for RC because total number of workers are below than 20 currently.

In this situation, if we don't renew the RC, could be problem in the future?

At the moment, for 2-3 years, We don't think we can expand business
