REGARDING NEW DUTY DRAWBACK SCHEME

Duty drawback scheme: invoicing and shipping bill requirements enable automatic EDI credit to registered bank accounts.
Invoices must quote drawback schedule particulars with tariff headings and shipping bills must state the schedule entry number. Under EDI, drawback is credited automatically to the exporter's registered bank account on shipping bill generation, with the EP copy of the shipping bill sufficing as the supporting document. Duty drawback is administratively separate from export rebate schemes, and exporters may seek brand rate fixation if the All Industry rate is insufficient. (AI Summary)

Dear Sirs,

We are the manufacturer of alloy and stainless steel rough castings. We are availing cenvat credit. We have some doubts regarding new duty drawback scheme launched in place of old DEPB scheme.  Details of my points are given below:

1. What particulars we have to mention on invoice.

2. While making export, how to file shipping bill. [Earlier under DEPB]

3. Where to submit duty draw back claims.

4. Documents required to be submit along with drawback claims.

5. While claiming drawback, can we simulteniously claim export rebate.

6. Is their any other benificial another scheme other then duty drawback.

Please help me by providing above information.
