Dear Sir,

We have one of our client who is liable to submit report u/s 92E (TP Report). Due date for furnishing return under proviso to section 139(1)is 30th Nov.

Now 44AB states that tax audit report is required to be furnished before specified date. (30 Sept).

Question is wheather assessee should file tax audit report to income tax deptt. on or before 30 Sept. or not.

or due date of tax audit is 30 Nov.

You need not  submit the audit report to the Department but the assessee should get his accounts audited on or befor 30th september.
