The B1  Bond to be executed for export under Bond to Nepal (under (Notification 45/2001-CE(NT)  should be furnished with surety or security?

If you are a central excise registered manufacturer you need not submit any security of surity, however if you are not so you can either submit security or surity, however as Mr Khatri said security should be preferred.
