Dear Sirs, can we start the new compay (excise duty exempted)in the excisable premase? Ex. we have X unit this is excisable, in that building with separate partision we want to start new Unit Y this is excise duty exempted, is it possible or not? pls. give your valuable solutions in this matter as per law.
