check list for manufacturing Company

Guest
I require a comprehensive compliance check list for the central excise and cenvat credit procedures to be complied on regular basis along with the statutory records to be maintained by a manufacturing unit in chemicals having one factory and no exports.
Central excise compliance checklist: no prescribed checklist; maintain statutory records under your own system, computerized records acceptable. Central excise and CENVAT compliance requires maintaining statutory records and following CENVAT credit procedures, but there is no prescribed checklist; units may maintain records in a simple or computerized system provided it ensures completeness, traceability and availability for verification. There is no specific check list, you can maintain records as per your own system. Simple records in computerized environment may also be sufficient.
