bill of travel agent and copy of online air ticket is sufficeint for claiming deduction of LTA?

Leave Travel Allowance documentary proof: boarding pass recommended; online ticket alone may be insufficient though fare comparability matters.
Air travel for LTA must not exceed economy class of the national carrier; fares on private carriers are assessed against that standard. An online ticket copy alone does not prove the journey-production of the boarding pass is recommended as primary proof. If the claimed fare is less than the national carrier economy-class charge and satisfactory travel evidence (boarding pass, travel agent bill) is submitted, the LTA claim may be allowed. (AI Summary)
Regarding taxability of LTA,Rule says for air fare not more than economy class of national carrier. In case some one goes on private carrier aircraft and air fare is less than national carrier, whether it will be allowed as exempted? Also , whether boarding pass is necessary to be submitted for claiming deduction? Now booking is on line.Whether bill of travel agent and copy of online air ticket is sufficeint for claiming deduction?
