Time limit for filing of Writ petition with Hon'ble High Court

Substantial question of law allows appeal to High Court; court may admit, extend time for sufficient cause, and frame question.
An appeal to the High Court from Appellate Tribunal orders is available where a substantial question of law is involved; appeals are normally to be filed within one hundred and eighty days from receipt of the order, but the High Court may extend time for sufficient cause. The High Court formulates and confines hearing to the substantial question of law, decides and records grounds, hears appeals on a Bench of not less than two judges, and applies relevant Civil Procedure Code provisions as far as applicable. Where the tribunal is not constituted, a writ petition may be filed within reasonable time to obtain interim relief pending constitution and filing of statutory appeals. (AI Summary)

Dear All,

Greetings of the Day..

What is the time limit to file writ petition with the High Court against GST Appeal rejection order.

Thanks in advance.
