Hello sir/madam,

The dealer being a wholesaler/super stockist(not a manufacturer) has claimed SGST transitional credit under section 140(3)by filing TRAN-2 for 6 months for the stock left behind. The state department has issued SCN for incorrect claim of SGST credit. How to file detailed reply and what is the available legal provisions for such claim?
