We have AEO T1 registration no. INAACCS5507K1f199.

we are not able to file bill of entry / shipping bill along with AEO No.

Error displayed while filling shipping bill : 'Negative acknowledgement received - Error Description : Invalid Auth. Economic Operator / Country Code INAACCS5507K1F199 for Inv. Ser No: 1;'

Error displayed while filling Bill of Entry : 'Negative Acknowledgement code : 289 (OBIN and IEC not linked)'

please suggest if any process we left.
